The room was very spacious and included a private bathroom.

Staff was professional, well speaking and the swimmingpool, WiFi, Garage etc are great!

We booked a room with balcony but it took 5 nights to receive this. My keycard failed once and the entrance-lock to our appartement broke down ending op with a conventional key to carry arround. There are construction workers all around outside the building and the continiously coming and going of ambulances from the nextdoor hospital is something to remember.

A Splendid Swimming Pool: I felt like I was swimming among the clouds, with the breathtaking views of the city rooftops and the Ronchi hills. It was truly a unique and magical experience, like taking a dip in a pool above the world.

Construction noise and Ambulance Passe: Some minor inconvenience due to ongoing construction work outside the building and the occasional sound of ambulances coming and going from the nearby hospital.

Had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect with easy access to the tube stations and local attractions. The rooms were cozy and comfortable with free WiFi. The rooftop pool was definitely the highlight of the trip with stunning views of the city.

The hotel could use some updates with regards to the facilities. The room could have used more amenities like an iron and washing up equipment.
